Josh McCarter
Chief Executive Officer
As CEO of GramercyOne, Josh sets the strategy and oversees the finance, go-to-market, customer experience and corporate development aspects of the company. Josh is focused on expanding GramercyOne’s reach through partnerships and client relationships, while creating a culture of innovation and excellence in GramercyOne’s offices around the world.
Prior to GramercyOne, Josh was President and COO of Arbitech, a leading independent distributor of computer hardware which achieved $1B of sales under his leadership. Arbitech was recognized as Entrepreneur magazine’s fastest growing company in the US (2003), in addition to being rated in the Orange County Business Journal’s “Best Places to Work in the OC”. Josh previously served as Chief Operating Officer of SpaFinder, managing the company’s technology, operations and strategic initiatives. Before joining SpaFinder, Mr. McCarter served as Vice President of International Development and Vice President of Business Development for the online automotive marketing leader, Autobytel.com. At Autobytel, Josh led the company’s international expansion efforts, oversaw acquisitions, developed strategic partnerships and assisted in the company’s IPO.
McCarter earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science-International Relations as a Cum Laude Graduate at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) and his MBA at the University of Southern California (USC). Josh serves on the board of the Orange County chapter of Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO) and the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF).

Daniel Lizio-Katzen
Chief Operating Officer
As Chief Operating Officer, Daniel is responsible for developing and executing the product vision. To achieve this, Daniel leads the product and technology groups that are focused on creating innovative products to help our merchants achieve their full potential. Prior to his current role, Daniel served as the Managing Director of the SpaBooker division of SpaFinder, where he was previously the EVP of Online Marketing and Technology.
Prior to joining SpaFinder, Mr. Lizio-Katzen served as the Vice President of U.S. Operations at OctopusTravel.com (a TravelPort/Blackstone Company) where he was responsible for managing sales, marketing, finance, and technology. During his tenure he overhauled the company’s U.S. affiliate program, initiated multimillion-dollar partnerships with leading travel brands, led the design and development of a new eCommerce platform and grew the U.S. division into a $20+ million dollar yearly business.
Before joining OctopusTravel.com, Mr. Lizio-Katzen worked in industries ranging from Finance to Telecom, including positions with CitiGroup’s Private Bank, Grand Central Communications, and NorthPoint Communications, among others.
Mr. Lizio-Katzen holds a B.A. in Political Science from New York University.

Dan Chandre
Vice President, Strategic Development
As VP of Strategic Development, Dan is charged with aligning GramercyOne with innovative and exciting companies that are well-positioned to take advantage of GramercyOne’s powerful software platforms. Focusing on technology partnerships, world-class hospitality companies and new vertical development, Dan aims to expand GramercyOne’s presence as a cutting edge technology company.
Dan worked for Hyatt Hotels Corporation organizing sales and marketing efforts for new and existing hotels across the globe. From Hyatt, he moved to SpaFinder and worked on numerous product development and marketing initiatives, one of which spawned the SpaBooker product. With SpaBooker, Dan led some of the largest development initiatives including deals with Hilton Hotels, Six Senses and the YMCA.
Dan is a graduate of University of Wisconsin with a Bachelor’s of Science in Consumer Science.

Tracey Kaufman
Vice President, Customer Experience
As VP of Customer Experience for GramercyOne, Tracey leads a team responsible for delivering a best-in-class customer experience and helping customers maximize the value from their investment in the Booker platform. To achieve this objective, Tracey employs a customer-centric approach to service that extends into all other aspects of the business, such as corporate culture, product development, strategy and sales.
Tracey brings over 20 years of experience to her position at GramercyOne. Most recently she held the position of VP of Customer Experience for Cloud9, the leading SaaS provider of intelligent sales forecasting solutions, where she built a customer-centric organization from the ground up that achieved 95% customer retention. She accomplished this by implementing a number of key initiatives, including establishing a set of customer-focused metrics that were adopted by the executive team as key business drivers, creating a seamless customer onboarding process and initiating a proactive-based methodology to key account management. Prior to Cloud9, Tracey held leadership positions at leading start-up and enterprise organizations, including GSI Commerce, PayPal/eBay, and Siebel Systems.
Tracey earned a Bachelor of Science from Union College. She is currently pursuing a Masters at Northwestern University.

Chris Kwabi
Vice President, Engineering
As VP of Engineering, Chris is responsible for executing the product vision and developing GramercyOne’s robust business management platform. To achieve this, Chris leads the technology and project management teams that implement the company’s roadmap of innovative products, helping service businesses achieve their full potential. He brings a diverse background to GramercyOne that covers engineering, software development, network operations, quality assurance and product design.
Throughout his career, he has led product development teams for industry giants such as AT&T Labs and Gemstar TV Guide Online, as well as a number of innovative startups like Origin Digital, an online media streaming SaaS platform. With over 20 years of experience in expanding and building out internet technologies and products, Chris has a strong understanding of online streaming media, internet security, eCommerce, systems integration, mobile applications and infrastructure.
Chris earned an MS in Computer Science from NYU, a BS in Electrical Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology, and a BS in Applied Physics from Morehouse College. He also holds several patents in technology and development.

Joel Laffer
Vice President, Marketing
As VP of Marketing for GramercyOne, Joel leads a team responsible for helping GramercyOne connect with the millions of local merchants around world that are aiming to achieve their full potential. To make this connection, Joel manages the Brand Marketing, Acquisition Marketing, Corporate Communications and Product Marketing functions for the company.
Prior to GramercyOne, Joel was VP of Marketing for Yodle, the largest independent provider of local search marketing to over 30,000 local and national brands in the U.S. Joel was a member of the leadership team that built the company from $3M of revenue and 50 employees in 2007 to $90M of revenue and 750 employees in 2011. He played an integral role in building out Yodle’s direct sales model, which has become the industry standard, through disciplined marketing and sales operations initiatives. Prior to Yodle, Joel held marketing leadership positions at Register.com (recently acquired by Web.com) and FatWire Software (recently acquired by Oracle).
Joel earned a Bachelor of Arts in Advertising from Bloomsburg University. He also serves as an Advisory Board member for Savored.

Matthew Mahoney
Vice President, Business Development
As VP of Business Development for GramercyOne, Matt is responsible for helping major online properties and their audiences connect with our local business customers around the world. He is currently focused on building GramercyOne’s platform and service distribution business.
Most recently, to democratize recruiting and job search, Matt founded Daily Endeavor, a wikipedia for jobs, and Endeavor Prep, a prep course career education firm for young professionals. Previously, Matt served on the executive team at Palo Alto-based Socialtext, the first enterprise social software company, where he deployed collaboration tools for firms such as Dell, Intel, SAP, Daimler Chrysler and IDEO. Prior to Socialtext, Matt served as COO at Creative Good, the New York-based product development and customer experience design firm. Matt began his career in product management and business development at Autobytel.com and on the developer team at Knowledge Adventure.
Matt has been a frequent speaker for 15 years at conferences including at TEDx, SXSW and Fast Company Talent Labs and is also active in the movement to reinvent education. He holds a B.S. in Cognitive Science from UCLA and an MBA from Harvard Business School where he was an Arthur Rock Entrepreneurial Fellow. He and his family live in New York City.

Tracey Solanas
Vice President, Sales
As VP of Sales for GramercyOne, Tracey oversees a global sales force focused on creating relationships with the millions of SMB and enterprise level organizations that aim to achieve their full potential. Tracey’s team has expanded rapidly to meet the growing demand for GramercyOne’s Booker software across a number of service industries such as, health and beauty, professional services and hospitality.
Tracey was part of the initial team at OpenTable, serving as Regional Sales and Marketing Director, where she assisted the company to develop new markets and national partnerships. Throughout her career she has focused on developing early stage technology companies whose solutions automate what was once managed on paper. She later served as Director of Sales for Biz 360, a media analysis company, and as Vice President of Channel/Business Development for Satmetrix (formerly known as informative).
Tracey graduated with honors from University of Arizona with a BS in Business Administration and Marketing.
