As you already know, Booker software automatically delivers messages to your customers after certain actions are taken, such as a Shipped Order Notification or Appointment Confirmation. What you may not know, however, is that you can easily edit these email messages to better fit your company’s style, voice and brand.
To do so, head to the Customer Emails section of the Marketing Tab of your Booker account and click the Edit link next to the communication you wish to modify. Simply edit the message, subject line, add an image, company logo or even customize the information you wish to show in the footer of your email.
