SpaBooker was born in 2007 from a single key idea, that consumers of spa and salon services wanted to make their reservations online. Just like in the airline industry and then with hotels, consumers have shown that they always prefer to find and book their own travel – especially when the only option is a phone call.

What started as a way to empower the end consumer to book their own spa and salon services online has expanded into our key focus today – empowering consumers to book any scheduled service not just online, but anywhere they are connected.

When we first started SpaBooker, it was a very simple scheduling and customer relationship management (CRM) tool that was light on features and heavy on usability. Over the years  SpaBooker has grown into the Booker Platform that is now a comprehensive business management solution that supports over 2,500 businesses in 56 countries globally that will process over $420,000,000 in commerce this year.

With the GoSuite we are leveraging our enterprise Booker Platform to provide local businesses with easy-to-use tools that have distilled the experience we’ve gained over the last 100+ product upgrades into two brand new free products: GoBook and GoPromote - together the GoSuite - which are taking the Booker Platform back to its roots.

GoBook provides your service business with an online, smartphone and tablet optimized appointment book and the ability to offer online, mobile and Facebook booking to consumers. GoBook also includes tools for managing customer records and profiles, as well as a real-time dashboard for tracking crucial statistics like total appointments, revenue, top customers, conversion rates, and more.

GoPromote was built to allow any business to develop their own specials and deals, promote them easily through social media channels such as Facebook, Twitter, and Foursquare, and then track inbound customers to see which campaigns and platforms are most effective.
